Build a contour-centric multimodal feature table.
The returned payload keeps a wide contour-level table in
contour_featuresand exposes supporting matrices for pseudobulk RNA/protein, pathway activity, ligand- receptor summaries, zone-level composition, and signed-distance gradients.
