Load a Xenium RNA + protein dataset into an AnnData object.
This is the canonical multimodal preparation entry point. It delegates all artifact parsing to
pyXenium.io.read_xenium()and returns the aligned AnnData structure used by downstream joint RNA/protein analyses.
